Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing multiple retail outlets or business units within an assigned cluster. The role includes managing store performance, ensuring consistent brand presentation, and driving sales and profitability across locations. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring KPIs, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating visual merchandising, and ensuring high standards of customer experience. The Cluster Manager will recruit, train, and mentor store teams, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to promote a collaborative and results-driven culture. The role also requires close coordination with central operations, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as preparing reports, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong retail operations management skills, including cluster or multi-store supervision, performance monitoring, and process implementation.
- Experience in sales leadership, target setting, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer service standards.
- People management capabilities, including team hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage inventory, visual merchandising, and in-store brand experience to align with premium fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools to track KPIs and prepare business reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
