🔎 Role Overview

Haldiram’s is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager – QSR to lead and manage multiple outlets across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling QSR restaurants, retail stores, and high-volume operations, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and team performance.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple QSR outlets / retail stores within the assigned cluster

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance

Monitor and control labour cost, food cost, and operational expenses

Ensure consistent brand standards, SOP compliance, and customer experience

Lead, train, and develop store managers and frontline teams

Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and implement data-driven decisions

Handle new store launches, cluster expansion, and business development initiatives

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance

Build a high-performance culture across all outlets in the cluster

👤 Candidate Profile

Proven experience in managing multiple outlets in QSR / Retail / F&B

Strong leadership and team management skills

Hands-on experience in P&L management, revenue planning

Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in Operations, Hospitality, or Business Management

5–10 years of relevant experience in QSR / Retail operations

Experience with multi-unit management is a must
