Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gudur, Andhra Pradesh, India for a Cluster Manager at DropX Logistics. The Cluster Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple delivery hubs within the assigned region. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing operational efficiency, managing logistics and resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires consistent collaboration and communication with internal teams to maintain high service standards and address challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams or leading operational units
- Excellent logistical planning, resource optimization, and decision-making skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations
- Prior exposure to Amazon EDSP or DSP operations is preferred
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stations and field teams.
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs and P&L.
- Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant industry software and a strong aptitude for working in a technology-driven environment
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in Last-mile
- Experience handling multiple stations
- Strong knowledge of Last Mile metrics, LP, and compliance
- Proven leadership and execution skills
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management
- Proven Analytical Skills and experience in tracking and using Key Performance Indicators to improve efficiency
- Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and build positive client relationships
- Effective leadership and organizational skills for team and task management
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in logistics-related software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications in logistics is a plus
- Industry experience, particularly in high-speed or technology-driven logistics, is an advantage
