Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Manora. The Cluster Manager will oversee sales operations, lead a team to achieve business targets, manage client relationships, and ensure the efficient execution of growth strategies. Responsibilities include training and mentoring a team of sales professionals, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting regular meetings with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry standards. Additionally, this role will partner with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
