Role Description
The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple branch operations, drive sales growth, and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring the sales team, achieving business targets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational policies. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including achieving targets and managing partner relationships.
- Leadership and Team Management skills, such as mentoring teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking, including market analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer Relationship Management skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partner engagement and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in insurance sales, knowledge of life insurance products, and regulatory standards is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or insurance, with a proven leadership track record; prior experience in bancassurance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
