Job Description :
- Planning and forecasting the road map for achieving the said target through the right channels and product mix.
- To ensure channel hygiene and monitor proper product mixes are generated to increase the profitability.
- Analyze the sales data with different perspectives and provide guidance to the team to improve the business by examining the present and the future changing trends.
- Setting up a strong review mechanism to enhance over all business.
- Team Management: - Evaluate and recruit right candidates at the right time - To set and monitor the performance matrix and provide feedback on their performance/potential - To equip the team with product and behavioral training to develop their competencies - Appraise the team on organizational changes , compliance and guiding principle on regular basis -Develop a bench strength of future leaders.
- To provide feedback to the category heads on regular basis on the competition market, schemes and new products to gain competitive edge
