Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for leading and managing retail operations across EBO locations in the Rest of Tamil Nadu region. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, strengthening brand visibility, and developing store teams. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with distributors and the marketing team to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.

Process Responsibilities
Drive sales across EBO stores and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, and profitabilityMonitor and track sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve targetsEnsure effective inventory management across the territory including order planning, stock movement, consolidation, transfers, and minimizing shrinkageAnalyze sales and stock data to solve business challenges and enable informed decision-makingManage fast-moving and slow-moving stock, new launches, and end-of-season products with appropriate action plansEnsure correct pricing of merchandise as per company guidelines across all EBO countersShare regular feedback with the central team on sales trends, stock position, and product performanceWork closely with distributors to strengthen operations and drive business growth in the assigned territoryIdentify and evaluate potential EBO locations based on territory dynamics such as demographics, consumer behavior, and market potentialEnsure timely execution of new store onboarding and expansion within EBO channelsMaintain high standards of Visual Merchandising (VM) across all EBO counters in line with brand guidelinesEnsure adherence to SOPs including stock transfers, petty cash approvals, and store maintenance requirements
