Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Udaipur. The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple store operations, ensuring that sales goals are met, customer experiences are exceptional, and store staff are effectively managed. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to drive profitability, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring store compliance with company standards. The Cluster Manager will also lead, train, and develop store teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver a high standard of customer service, while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

- Leadership, team management, and coaching abilities to oversee and develop store-specific teams
- Strong sales, retail management, and customer service expertise
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes
- Analytical skills for monitoring sales data and addressing performance-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple stores effectively
- Prior experience in a retail supervisory or management role is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
