Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cluster Manager and Front Line Managers, based in Giridih. The roles involve managing teams to achieve business targets, ensuring effective operations, and devising strategies to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities also include recruiting, training, motivating, and mentoring team members while overseeing the implementation of processes to ensure smooth functioning and client satisfaction.
