Techno Sportswear Private Limited is a premium activewear brand known for its innovation, quality, and style. With an expanding retail footprint, we are looking for a Cluster Manager – Retail Operations to oversee multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), ensuring sales growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Retail Operations Management – Oversee daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring seamless execution of sales and service strategies.
✅ Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive store performance, meet revenue targets, and enhance profitability through strategic initiatives.
✅ Team Leadership & Training – Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
✅ Customer Experience & Brand Standards – Ensure stores maintain high standards in visual merchandising, store layout, and engagement.
✅ Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor stock levels, optimize replenishments, and minimize shrinkage.
✅ Performance Analysis & Reporting – Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational KPIs to optimize store performance.
✅ Compliance & SOP Adherence – Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and legal compliance.
✅ Market Insights & Competition Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
✅ 2+ years as a Retail Operations Manager managing multiple stores.
✅ 3+ years as a Store Manager handling a single outlet.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Regional Language Proficiency: Fluency in regional language is mandatory.
Skills:
✔ Strong leadership & team management skills.
✔ Proven ability to drive sales & operational excellence.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving & analytical skills.
✔ Experience in visual merchandising & stock management.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & retail management software.
