IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Mumbai, India. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment, insurance, and loan products
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client transactions and requests
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with relevant and timely advice
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and loans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
