Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Cluster Lead, you will oversee multiple client portfolios, leading project and retainer strategies, coordinating with creative and technical teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive impactful outcomes. The Cluster Lead will also mentor team members, foster collaboration, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
- Experience in project management, client management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, encompassing social media, online reputation management, email marketing, and brand communication.
- Understanding of content creation, social media growth, web development, search marketing, and media planning and buying.
- Ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to a hybrid work model and commitment to maintaining high productivity in both remote and in-office environments.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
