Job Title: Cluster Head
Location: Mumbai
Designation: GM / AVP

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve overall business targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams across the assigned cluster.
- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and unexplored customer segments for expansion.
- Develop and strengthen channel partner and business networks to maximize market reach.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure effective customer engagement, relationship management, and closure efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
- Maintain sales MIS, forecasting, reporting, and operational discipline across the cluster.

Skills & Competencies
Must Have:
- 18+ years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership roles.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
- Ability to drive performance in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and time management skills.
Good To Have
- Experience in handling multi-location or cluster-level operations.
- Strong channel partner network within the real estate ecosystem.
- Exposure to CRM tools, MIS reporting, and sales analytics.
- Experience in business expansion and market penetration strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales leadership is mandatory
