🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & mentor site engineers and build a high-performing team
• Ensure timely project delivery with quality and after-sales support
• Manage vendors, resolve issues, and drive performance improvements
• Handle client escalations with clear and professional communication
• Maintain accurate reports, invoices, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Identify risks early and ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee O&M activities and service ticket resolution
🎓 Requirements:
• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (solar background preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in team handling, client management, and project execution
• Knowledge of solar EPC / renewable energy industry
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams of 15+ members and vendors
