Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Head to lead and drive business performance across multiple jewellery showrooms. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-store leadership experience, expertise in jewellery retail operations, sales growth, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across 7+ jewellery stores
- Own cluster-level P&L and achieve sales and margin targets
- Develop and implement seasonal and regional sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and monitor showroom managers and teams
- Ensure SOP compliance across service, billing, VM, and store operations
- Manage inventory planning, stock allocation, and aged inventory control
- Build and maintain strong HNI/VIP customer relationships
- Analyze sales reports, stock data, and performance metrics
- Submit weekly and monthly business performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or Sales
- 12–15 years of experience in jewellery retail
- Minimum 5+ years managing multiple stores within a single brand
- Strong financial acumen with P&L handling experience
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and retail analytics
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Willingness to travel frequently

- Strong understanding of regional jewellery trends
- Experience handling high-value sales and HNI clients
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
