Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Cluster Head (Institutional Business) is based in Guwahati. The Cluster Head will oversee institutional business development and strategic execution to drive growth in the North East Region. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, fostering and managing strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and developing market strategies. Additional duties include leading and mentoring a team to drive overall performance and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
12 Yrs+
- BFSI experience with 5 Yrs+ in managing team.
- Strong Product & Process understanding for strategic planning and business growth
- Proven team management experience of at least 5 years to lead and inspire a results-driven team
- Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities.
- Prior experience in Institutional Business /TASC/ Government Business is mandatory.
