Role Description
The Cluster Head will oversee sales, operations, and business development within the Lucknow region. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve regional business targets, building relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires active collaboration with various internal departments to align business strategies effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to develop and lead sales teams effectively.
- Proven expertise in business development, operational management, and relationship management with channel partners or clients.
- Sales strategy development and execution skills, with the ability to achieve revenue targets and drive regional growth.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Significant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and lead in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
