Cluster Head - Hospitality Finance Position
We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Head for our Hospitality Finance division based in Guwahati. This pivotal role is designed for a professional with extensive experience in financial management within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading financial operations and driving fiscal efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations across multiple hospitality units within the cluster.
- Lead budget planning, management, and review processes to ensure fiscal discipline and cost optimization.
- Implement robust cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising on service quality.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Receivable teams to streamline processes and improve cash flow.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and address challenges proactively.
- Solve complex financial problems that may impact the efficiency or profitability of the hospitality units.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Analysis specific to the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Budget Management with a focus on cost reduction strategies.
- Strong capabilities in Cost Control methodologies applicable to hospitality operations.
Secondary Skills:
