A Kotak Securities Cluster Head manages multiple branches/teams, driving sales, ensuring targets are met, handling financial performance, developing staff, and focusing on client acquisition/satisfaction within their designated region, essentially acting as a mini-CEO for their cluster, blending sales leadership with financial acumen. Key duties involve business growth, team leadership, market strategy, and operations oversight for branches, leveraging financial product knowledge (equities, assets) to exceed objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Growth: Achieving revenue targets, acquiring new clients, cross-selling Kotak products (investments, trading, loans).
- Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and motivating branch managers and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring smooth functioning of branches, managing budgets, and implementing company policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Overseeing customer satisfaction, resolving escalations, and building strong client relationships.
- Market Strategy: Developing localized strategies to tap into market opportunities and drive business in the cluster.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership in banking/securities, often with experience from HDFC Securities, ICICI, etc..
- Deep understanding of financial markets, brokerage, and asset classes.
- Strong financial management, strategic planning, and team-building abilities.
- Ability to drive results and manage performance
