- Responsible for cluster level targets on CASA Numbers & NAV and X-sell as described in the goal sheets
- Driving cluster wise plan for CASA acquisition and related x-sell of hook products (e.g. EXIM, BB, RB) and household products through dedicated team of CSL – Business & CSL
- Ensure branches with budgets on CASA are achieving the desired number and value in his respective cluster
- Work closely with all Business Units to enhance business opportunities on CASA
- Build synergies across all channels and ensure to provide a conducive environment for the team
- Ensure adequate focus on knowledge management of team, FTNR & TAT of account opening to improve customer experience and regulatory adherence
- Should maintain strong domain knowledge of sales process management, customer segments and relevant product offering
