Role Description
The Cluster Head role at YES BANK is a full-time, on-site position based in Baroda. The Cluster Head will be responsible for managing multiple branches within the assigned cluster, ensuring branches meet financial and operational targets, and driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. Tasks include overseeing business development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines, leading and mentoring branch teams, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Cluster Head will also identify growth opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the bank.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning and business development skills with the ability to drive branch operations and growth.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing multiple branches or working in a mid-to-senior-level banking role.
- Proficiency in strategic use of digital banking tools and technology is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and maintain performance under pressure.
