About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to drive business growth across assigned locations in the Commercial & Car Vehicle Loans segment.
This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams while expanding the local market presence.

Key Responsibilities- Drive business targets & revenue growth for the assigned cluster
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of FOS / DSTs / Sales Executives
- Develop and execute local sales strategies for vehicle loan products
- Build strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners
- Monitor daily performance, productivity & team efficiency
- Ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations & collections teams
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to company policies
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business footprint
- Track competition and suggest business improvements
🎯
Key Requirements- Experience: 5+ years in NBFC / Banking / Vehicle Finance
- Proven track record in sales & team handling
- Strong understanding of commercial & car loan products
- Excellent leadership & team management skills
- Good network in local market (dealers / DSAs preferred)
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

Preferred Background- Experience in Vehicle Finance / Auto Loans / CV Loans
- Prior experience as Area Manager / Cluster Manager / Team Lead
