Position - Cluster Head
Location - Gondia & Bhandara
Roles & Responsibility
To encourage & direct the team size of 40+ employees.
To onboard & train the team & channel partners.
To create the healthy relations with the team and channel partners.
To track the productivity of team and initiate corrective action.
To develop the talent pool.
Desired Experience
Should have experience of Min. 7-10 years of Mobile/ Retail industry.
Local candidates will be preferred.
Desired Qualification
Should be any graduate/ post graduate (MBA Preferred)
