About the role
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager / Cluster Head with hands-on experience in MEP infrastructure — particularly plumbing systems and firefighting installations — to oversee multi-unit operations. You will own P&L accountability, lead technical teams, and ensure compliance across all project verticals.
Required: Plumbing & Firefighting Expertise
- Proven experience managing plumbing system design, installation & commissioning on large-scale projects
- Hands-on knowledge of firefighting systems — sprinklers, hydrants, suppression systems, and NBC compliance
- Familiarity with IS codes, NBC 2016 fire safety norms, and statutory approvals (NOC from Fire Dept.)
- Experience coordinating MEP contractors and site supervision for plumbing & FF works
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations and project delivery across cluster units
- Oversee MEP project execution — plumbing, firefighting
- Drive revenue growth and manage operational budgets
- Ensure timely statutory clearances and compliance
- Build and mentor cross-functional technical teams
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Civil or MBA in Operations
- 5+ years with significant MEP/FF project exposure
- Multi-site project management & P&L ownership
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills
Pay: ₹22,223.21 - ₹50,306.81 per month
