Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Cluster Head is based in Nagpur. The Cluster Head will oversee and drive sales performance across multiple branches, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. You will manage and develop sales teams, set strategic goals, and build strong relationships with business partners. Additional responsibilities include actively monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills to oversee sales teams and drive performance
- Strong sales and strategic planning abilities, with the ability to achieve set targets
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and implement competitive strategies
- Understanding of life insurance products and the multi-channel distribution business is an advantage
- Proficiency in using technology and relevant software for reporting and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership/sales management role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
