Role Description
As a Cluster Head, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, mentoring and managing a team of agents and financial consultants, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, and monitoring the performance of the assigned cluster to consistently deliver business growth. You will also act as a liaison between the branch network and corporate offices to implement strategies effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Team management and leadership capabilities, including guiding and motivating diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry, specifically life insurance products and market strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and strategy formulation to drive cluster-level business growth.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under performance-driven goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Experience of 5+ years in sales, insurance, or related industries is preferred.
