Role Description
The Cluster Credit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurnool. The role involves evaluating and managing creditworthiness, assessing credit risks, and recommending lending decisions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, conducting credit appraisals, managing credit approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business development and maintain the credit portfolio's health and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
- Advanced knowledge of Finance and Credit assessment principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with MSME sector lending is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and technology
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
