Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Collections Manager based in Hyderabad.
The role involves overseeing and managing the collections process across multiple branches within the cluster. Responsibilities include setting up and achieving collection targets, monitoring repayment schedules, conducting detailed analyses to enhance collection performance, and leading, mentoring, and motivating collections teams. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, building workflows, and maintaining positive borrower relationships will also be critical functions of this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations
- Working understanding of loan products, especially Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to compliance and regulatory policies in financial operations
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in financial services, banking, or lending, with a specialization in LAP or MSME financing
