Role Description
The Cluster Collection Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agasthiswaram. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the collections process for a designated cluster, supporting team members in achieving collections targets, and monitoring delinquencies to ensure compliance and efficiency. This position entails maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements and reporting performance metrics to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves resolving escalations and implementing corrective measures to ensure optimal collections performance within the cluster.
Qualifications
- Experience in collections management, client relationship handling, and achieving time-bound targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of credit protocols, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, monitoring metrics, and analyzing data to drive performance improvements.
- Ability to lead and train collection teams to meet objectives effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, microfinance, or small enterprise lending is considered an asset.
