Requirements

• MDS with 3–5 years of post-MDS experience
• Proven experience managing multiple dental clinics / centers (4+ clinics) or experience managing a very high performing clinic
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with targets, numbers, and performance tracking
• Experience handling complete clinic operations
• Ability to balance clinical responsibility + operational ownership
• Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple dental clinics within the assigned cluster
• Ensure high clinical quality, SOP adherence, and exceptional patient experience
• Drive productivity, conversions, and clinic performance
• Own end-to-end clinic operations including staffing, workflows, and discipline
• Mentor, guide, and review CGDs, doctors, and clinic teams
• Ensure compliance with attendance, policies, hygiene, and operational standards
• Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Central Teams
• Act as the business and clinical owner of the assigned cluster
