The money is brilliant. The margin for error is brutal.
One branch, you can manage that with your eyes closed. One market, one set of DSAs, you know every file that moves.
Six branches across five micro-markets, with six Branch Managers all chasing the same number, is a different job. Not a bigger one. A different one.
Here is what rarely makes it onto the job description.
At 18%+ ROI, you are lending to exactly the borrower segment where the first signs of stress appear. When property prices flatten, that book quickly reveals whether the underwriting was sound or simply optimistic.
The most profitable book is also the least forgiving.
So this is not a senior Branch Manager with a few extra branches added on.
It is the rare leader who can hold two things that usually pull against each other:
✅ Drive six branches to grow aggressively .

🔹8–12 years in sales, 3–5 years in LAP
🔹Currently managing 4–5 branches
🔹NBFC background (non-negotiable)
🔹Panvel-based, MBA preferred.
