Job Description -
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling life insurance products to walk-in bank customers or via leads.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to facilitate lead referrals.
- Lead Conversion Joint Calls: Convert leads provided by the bank and conduct joint calls with bank employees to pitch insurance products.
- Training Motivation: Train and motivate bank employees to promote insurance products, ensuring the team understands product offerings.
- Documentation Compliance: Assist customers with documentation and KYC processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
