Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager. The role involves monitoring and analyzing revenue performance across multiple hotels, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals. The candidate will collaborate with hotel teams to optimize revenue streams, track performance metrics, and generate reports for revenue forecasting and business planning. Communication with key stakeholders to adapt strategies proactively is also an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Revenue management expertise, including understanding of pricing strategies, market trends, and inventory optimization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems like PMS (Property Management Systems) and RMS (Revenue Management Software).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market segmentation, distribution channels, and competitive analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or certification in revenue management is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and a strong desire to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
