Visual Designer

We're looking for a Visual Designer to shape and evolve Clueso's visual language across brand touchpoints, product experiences, and marketing campaigns. About Clueso At Clueso, we have a simple, yet powerful mission: to equip anyone to create great videos. In today's world, creating videos takes a combination of skills that few individuals, or even entire teams, can master. You need to write a script, storyboard your ideas, record footage, design visuals, add music, and piece it all together using complex video editing tools. It's overwhelming, time-consuming, and expensive. We're building an AI-first video editing platform that helps anyone in an organization create great video content from rough ideas in minutes. What You'll Own Design across touchpoints: Marketing visuals, feature launch assets, thumbnails, emailers, social creatives, blog visuals, product illustrations, and more. Create compelling video content: Design and edit short-form videos for feature launches, social channels, and product storytelling. Use motion design to elevate how we show Clueso in action. Evolve our brand system: Push beyond our current foundations (logomark, type, color) into a distinct visual language for imagery, layout, motion, and illustration. Craft with care: Build original, high-quality creatives with sharp execution and fine attention to detail. Uphold visual quality across all outputs. Collaborate deeply: Work with product designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver work that's both strategic and stunning. What We're Looking For Strong eye for typography, color, layout and hierarchy. Solid storytelling and video editing skills. Portfolio that shows quality of craft. Efficiency with tools like Figma and Adobe creative suite (Rive is a bonus). Curiosity about AI workflows in design; eager to experiment. Detail-oriented, craft-driven, and ability to work independently. Great communication skills: you'll collaborate across engineering, product, and marketing teams. Passionate about the product we're building. Bonus: 3D skills.
