About the role

We're looking for a People & Operations Associate to be the backbone of our team operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — you'll handle everything from recruiting logistics and HR administration to office operations, vendor coordination, and event support. You'll be the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly and helps us build a great place to work. About Clueso At Clueso, we have a simple, yet powerful mission: to equip anyone to create great videos. In today's world, creating videos takes a combination of skills that few individuals, or even entire teams, can master. You need to write a script, storyboard your ideas, record footage, design visuals, add music, and piece it all together using complex video editing tools. It's overwhelming, time-consuming, and expensive. We're building an AI-first video editing platform that helps anyone in an organization create great video content from rough ideas in minutes. What You'll Do Recruitment & HR Manage logistics for candidate interviews and scheduling. Post jobs, manage responses, and help screen resumes. Build intern pipelines through outreach and partnerships. Own employee onboarding and offboarding kits and processes. Administer HR tools for payroll inputs, leave management, etc. Maintain and update HR policies and documentation. Operations & Facilities Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, merchandise, and food/snacks. Ensure smooth payroll input collection and compliance support. Track stock of merchandise and company swag, and handle vendor reorders. Help maintain a pleasant and well-stocked office environment. Book hotels and travel for conferences and company offsites Events & Culture Plan and organize hiring events, meetups, and internal team activities. Reach out to partners and coordinate logistics for events. Help generate buzz on social media around events and culture. Contribute to building a strong and fun company culture. What We're Looking For 0–3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administration. Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful — you enjoy "getting things done." Familiarity with HR software, payroll inputs, or event management is a bonus. Startup experience is a plus
