This is not a behind-the-desk role. <li>Â 2+ years of experience in <strong>sales, retail, fitness, or service leadership</strong>

<li>Â Proven ability to <strong>hit and exceed sales goals</strong>

<li>Â Strong leadership skills with experience <strong>training or managing a team</strong>

<li> Confident communicator in person, on the phone, and via email </li>
<li>Â Highly organized with the ability to <strong>prioritize and execute</strong>

<li> Comfortable working with data, reports, and studio systems </li>
