<strong>Saturday</strong> opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30</li>

<strong>Drive membership sales</strong> through lead follow-up, booking, and closing</li>
<li>
<strong>Connect with prospects</strong> and guide them into Intro Classes</li>
<li>
<strong>Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience</strong> from first visit to sign-up</li>
<li>Conduct studio tours and <strong>build genuine relationships</strong>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Hit and exceed sales goals</strong> across memberships and retail</li>
<li>Support <strong>member retention</strong> through ongoing communication</li>
<li>Maintain a <strong>clean, organized, high-energy studio environment</strong>
</li>
<li>Assist with <strong>marketing efforts, events, and social media</strong>
</li>
</ul><div>🎯 <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong>

<li><strong>Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills</strong></li>

<strong>Goal-driven</strong> with a desire to meet and exceed targets</li>

<li>Sales or fitness experience is a <strong>plus, not required</strong>
