Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for a Club Owner based in Bengaluru. The Club Owner will oversee the smooth operations and management of club activities, cultivate relationships with clients, ensure exceptional event execution, and drive business growth through strategic planning. Key responsibilities include managing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The role requires proactive leadership and a strong commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management skills, including ability to oversee teams, delegate tasks, and manage club operations.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management expertise to ensure exceptional client experiences and foster long-term partnerships.
- Event Planning and Coordination proficiency, including attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Sales and Business Development skills to drive profitability, attract new clients, and promote the club's offerings.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and resource allocation expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or club management is a plus.
