About the Role: As the Club Manager of a Sports Club, your primary role will be overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the club, ensuring a high standard of service, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team, coordinate sports programs and events, maintain the facilities, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Skills:
- High energy and the ability to learn new things quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication (comfortable talking in English, Hindi)
- Knowing Kannada is a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Business As Usuals:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club to ensure smooth functioning.
- Deliver excellent customer service via an efficient reception service.
- Actively seek feedback from members and staff to identify areas for improvement in both operations and service offerings.
Operations:
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding operational performance, member satisfaction, financial performance, and facility issues
Club Marketing & Community Management:
- Manage community communication, coordinate for group games
- Plan for sports events, tournaments, or leagues and promotions
- Sell memberships to the frequent club visitors
