Role Overview
We are looking for a highly polished, ambitious, and service-oriented professional who understands that luxury fitness is not simply about workouts—it is about creating an extraordinary client experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with impeccable communication, presentation, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience.
Understand individual client goals and create tailored fitness/wellness journeys.
Maintain uncompromising standards of professionalism, grooming, hygiene, and service.
Build long-term relationships with high-value and VIP clientele.
Collaborate with fitness, wellness, nutrition, hospitality, and management teams.
Maintain accurate client records and track progress.
Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations.
Handle VIP and high-profile clients with complete discretion and confidentiality.
Contribute to a sophisticated, energetic, and premium club culture.
Stay current with global trends in fitness, performance, wellness, recovery, and luxury hospitality.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in premium/luxury fitness, hospitality, wellness, sports, or a related environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
High emotional intelligence and natural hospitality mindset.
Strong personal presentation and grooming.
Comfortable interacting with affluent, discerning, and high-profile clientele.
Results-driven without being overly transactional.
Extremely detail-oriented and proactive.
Discreet, trustworthy, punctual, and professionally mature.
Passionate about fitness, wellness, luxury, and continuous learning.
