Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our badminton academy in Kalyan Dombivli. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities, supervising staff and coaches, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members, and maintaining operational efficiency. Tasks include scheduling training sessions, managing memberships, overseeing facility maintenance, building relationships with members, and developing strategies to enhance the club’s performance and reputation. This is an on-site role that requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship building
- Experience in event management and scheduling
- Knowledge of sports facility management and operational planning
- Interest or background in badminton or sports is an advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
- Proficiency in using digital tools like Excel, scheduling software, and member management systems
