Role Overview: The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, revenue growth, staff management, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures the smooth functioning of all sports facilities and maximizes bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
● Achieve monthly revenue targets.
● Manage front desk executives, coaches, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, and conduct staff training on customer service.
● Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily revenue reconciliation.
Qualifications:
● A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or Hospitality is preferred.
● Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience in sports facility, gym, club, or hospitality management.
● This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability.
