Job role - QA Track Lead / Testing Lead Exp - 9+ yrs Location - Mumbai ( Andheri) Job Type - Permanent WFO Notice - Can join immediate to 15 days We are looking for an experiencedTesting Track Lead / QA Leadwith strong expertise in theBFSI domainto take full ownership of quality assurance across client projects. This role involves handlingend-to-end testing requirements and resource planning (including replacements)across multiple clients, ensuring consistent quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with BFSI industry standards. Manage and lead QA efforts for BFSI projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of testing resources across various clients delivery and deployment. Lead a team of testers, allocate tasks, and provide mentoring and training to improve the team's skill set and productivity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding ofBFSI processes, including banking, insurance, lending, digital payments, and financial services workflows. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), testing types, and defect lifecycle. Certification in ISTQB or equivalent will be an added advantage
