What You'll Be Doing Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Design and implement data collection and analysis methodologies Identify trends and patterns in user behavior to improve product offerings Support machine learning initiatives by preparing and cleaning data for model input What You Need to Succeed Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with a strong drive to leverage AI tools in your daily work Advanced SQL and Python skills for complex data querying and manipulation Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their applications in business Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) Strong communication skills in English We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps. As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
