Cloud Security Trainer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Azure Security Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Cloud /Cyber security practices and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to help our clients and internal teams enhance their Azure security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and conduct training sessions on Azure security best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Design and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback and make necessary improvements.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Azure security and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Azure Cloud and security fundamentals is must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or instructional role.
• Relevant certifications such as Security fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar.

Skillset:

• Intermediate level knowledge of Security fundamentals – security, compliance, zero trust principle, Threat detection and monitoring etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and technical backgrounds.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
