Implementation Specialist

Seeking an Implementation Specialist to support buyers of Business Management Software for the insurance industry. Responsibilities include onboarding, client coordination, and system training. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding and Implementation - Design and execute implementation and onboarding processes for new clients. - Coordinate calls with customers and prospective clients to address needs and ensure seamless onboarding. Client Coordination - Source client questions and delegate them to appropriate team members for resolution. - Create templates and presentations for customer calls to ensure consistent communication. Customer Follow-Ups - Conduct follow-up evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days to assess system usage and address client feedback. Product Training - Provide training sessions and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand and maximize the product's potential. Documentation and Reporting - Document processes and maintain accurate records to improve customer onboarding and implementation experiences.
