Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant!Role: Junior Graphic DesignerWork Arrangement: Work from OfficeLocation: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)Schedule: Morning ShiftJob Description:The Marketing Media Design Coordinator (Graphic Design) is a highly creative and detail-oriented position focused on graphic design, and is part of the group marketing team serving Acura Group and Highgate Air through a shared services arrangement.This role is to effectively coordinate and execute the design and production of various marketing media across multiple channels, and work closely with the group marketing team to ensure that all media aligns with the brand guidelines, and visually communicate engaging messaging to target audiences.Key ObjectivesSupply a steady stream of cross-channel marketing media aligned to the marketing calendar schedule.Collaborate with coordinating marketing campaign compositionCollaborate with analysing marketing data, generating reports, and presenting opportunitiesEnsure product branding aligns with brand standardsAssist with managing the brand style guides and all brand elementsCollaborate with managing the marketing task board and marketing calendarManage the product photography process and ensure we have a high rate of products in stock photographed (KPI to be defined)Collaborate with managing the marketing media asset libraryManage promotional branded products end-to-end processResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, including developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and business goalsDevelop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, and presentationsUtilise graphic design software and tools to create visually appealing and engaging designsEnsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materialsCoordinate with external vendors and printers to oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery of materialsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materialsAssist in managing the organisation and maintenance of the marketing task list, calendar, and asset libraryCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators and web developers, to integrate design elements into various marketing campaigns and initiativesConduct regular quality checks on all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standardsAssist with reporting and analysis of applicable marketing activity and analyse data to ensure ROILook to innovate and help drive efficiency and effectiveness through the end-to-end marketing processes, identify areas of inefficiency and collaborate with finding solutions to mitigateQualification and requirements:Tertiary or professional qualifications in graphic design, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising settingHigh proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing and composition is a plus (PremierPro, etc)Exceptional level of understanding the importance and psychology of brandingStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout compositionExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teamsAbility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong research and analytical abilitiesKnowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices is a plusNon-negotiable skills & requirements:Has a can-do attitudePositive, friendly and proactive attitudeInquisitive nature with a healthy data curiosityWillingness to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck-inGenuine passion for marketingEnergetic, driven, and results focused personalityExcellent numerical and analytical skillsPassion for collaborating across teams and functions to achieve positive outcomesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWell-developed problem-solving ability, adept at finding creative solutionsSelf-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a teamAbility to multi-task, to effectively prioritise, and to show initiativeWilling to challenge the status quo, to innovate, and look for smarter ways of doing thingsExhibit and live out the company values of all interactions with all people being:With honestyWith loyaltyWith humilityWith positivityWhilst striving for excellencePotential Career PathwayMarketing CoordinatorDigital MarketingMarketing Manager
