JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a passionate and experienced Client Service Executive. As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner. You will act as a liaison between our company and the clients. Your aim should be to maintain cordial relations with our customers. As you will be in direct contact with our clients, you should have clear knowledge about products and their functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to work effectively in a team environment, pleasant, professional and courteous personality skills. Providing voice support to internal and external end users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical issues for end-users. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Perform problem-cause analysis. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify opportunities and implement process improvements. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum 1-year experience in outbound/inbound voice process (preferably worked for client service process).
