We are looking for a highly skilled
Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our global infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across our
on-premises data centers and
public cloud environments across multiple geographic regions.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
As part of this team, you will be responsible for Cloud and On-Premise Support for worldwide data centres
- On Premise
- Manage Servers: Manage, maintain, and monitor on-premise servers, ensuring high availability and hardware health
- Handle Releases: Environment creations per release and troubleshooting
- Fix Problems Early: Monitor the system constantly to find and fix issues before users even notice.
- On Cloud:
- Create Clusters: End-to-end cluster deliveries daily basis
- Active monitoring of all delivered clusters
- Monitor cloud usage to make sure everything is running efficiently, and costs stay under control.
- Always keep a vigilant approach wherever automation is possible with the help of AI
- You will be the backbone of our "always-on" service delivery, handling everything from lifecycle management to automated cloud provisioning.
- You will be working on Cloud, Kubernetes, LINUX, UNIX, Scripting, Python, AI, and related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the Cloud platforms and services.
Qualifications:
- BE/B. tech, MCA, MSc-CS degree.
- Primary Skills: Good knowledge in Kubernetes, UNIX, LINUX, and preferred to know about Cloud Technology (AWS). Basics of Databases, networking and shell/python scripting
- Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers, both local and remote.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience Level: 1 - 3 years
- Expected Start date: Immediate
- Work location: Pune
