About the role

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world's largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. We realize people do not fit into neat boxes. We are looking for curious and empathetic individuals who are committed to developing themselves and learning new skills, and we are ready to help you do that. We cannot complete our mission without building a diverse and inclusive team. We hire the best people based on an evaluation of their potential and support them throughout their time at Cloudflare. Come join us! Available Locations: Hybrid - Austin, TX or London, UK About the Department The Cloudflare Dashboard team is a critical part of Cloudflare's Control Plane Product and has the following areas of focus: Build a cohesive, delightful and self-serviceable user journey through the Cloudflare Customer Dashboard for every single user—across all plans, all personas, all roles. Aim to provide a product that will allow Cloudflare to experience the next level of growth where users can adopt, onboard, and expand their product and feature usage through the dashboard alone, without going through a human Cloudflare representative. Tackle different cross cutting concerns that product teams have to manage along with their feature work and timelines. All this helps us to: Increase developer productivity. Improve code quality. Enhance application performance and security. About the Role We are looking for experienced front-end engineers to join our Cloudflare Dashboard team. The ideal candidates will have experience working with large-scale applications and a deep knowledge of system designs. You must care deeply not only about the quality of your and the team's code, but also the customer experience and developer experience. We have growing front-end needs, so we're looking for highly motivated individuals that are excited to join a team and work with product owners and other software engineers to build scalable frameworks and tooling to create awesome developer experiences and improve developer productivity. We are also strong believers in dog-fooding our own products. From cache configuration to Cloudflare Access to Cloudflare Workers, these are all tools in our frontend engineer's tool belt. Technologies we use include React, Redux, TypeScript, ES6, Remix, Vite, Webpack, Cypress, Go, git, Bitbucket, Teamcity and many more..
